GSM Scancom receiver for Alarm Central

The Cellink communication port has been developed to simulate Scancom RC4000 as common alarm receiver, receiving alarms via GSM network.

Using Cellink as Scancom receiver, make it possible to connect directly to Alarm central PC system as a RC4000 receiver, without changing the PC software.
